Coconut Board Game Layout
The Coconut board game has a simple layout. First, give each player 5 coconuts, two cards, and a monkey. Then arrange the yellow and red cups as indicated on the board card. Now the game is ready. You can choose the youngest person as the starter or choose one person by agreement.
How to Play Coconut Board Game
The Coconut game is very simple. Players must use the monkeys to throw the coconuts they were given at the beginning of the game into the cups and earn points. If they succeed in doing this, they pick up the cup they threw the coconut into and place it on the game board. You should note that if the coconut enters the cup and then falls out, it does not count and no points are awarded to the player. Any player who runs out of coconuts can use the coconuts that did not enter the cup and did not hit the target.
But you may be wondering what the difference is between the yellow cup and the red cup. The difference between these two cups is that if a player can throw his coconut into the red cups, he is allowed to throw another coconut into the cups. Another rule in the Coconut board game is that you can take a risk and instead of the cups that are arranged in the middle of the playing field, you can target the other players' cups and throw your coconuts into them. If you do this successfully, you will receive the cup and the coconut inside as a prize.
If you remember, at the beginning of the game, each player is given two cards. When it is a player's turn, before he makes his throw, the other players can give him one of their cards and he has to act according to what is indicated on the card.
Introduction to Coconut Board Game Cards
Blindfold Card: If this card is played, the player whose turn it is must aim with his/her eyes closed and throw the coconuts at the cups.
Target Cup Card: If this card is turned up, choose a cup for the player whose turn it is to aim at. If he/she fails to throw the coconut into that cup, he/she does not get any points.
Void Card: If this card is played, the player's turn is lost and the next player must continue the game.
Long-Range Shot Card: In such a situation, you must place one of the cups at least half a meter away from the player whose turn it is and he/she must try to throw his/her coconut into that cup.
Wind Shot Card: When this card is turned up, when the player wants to shoot his/her coconut, other players can blow on the coconut's path or turn on a fan to change the coconut's path.
Re-Shot Card: With this card, you can have an extra shot.
End of the Coconut Board Game
The Coconut Board Game ends in two ways:
1- The first person to collect six cups and complete the pyramid of cups wins the game and the game ends immediately.
2- If there are no more coconuts left to throw and all of them are in the cups, the player who has collected the most coconuts in the cup wins and the game ends there.
