Shipping Policy - The Basics 

At Clarise, we aim to deliver your favorite products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order through www.clarise.com, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery throughout Erbil and other major cities across the Republic of Iraq.


International shipping options may be introduced in the future — updates will be shared on our website and social media pages.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.


Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp containing delivery details and the estimated arrival time.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Erbil City: 1–2 business days

  • Other Iraqi Cities: 3–7 business days

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and courier service availability.
In cases of unexpected delays (e.g., weather, road conditions, or security checkpoints), we will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.


Occasionally, Clarise may offer free shipping promotions or reduced delivery rates during special campaigns.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For customers in Iraq, Cash on Delivery (COD) is our preferred payment method.
Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

  • Payment is made in full upon receipt of the package.

  • Contact information (phone number, address) is accurate and up to date.

 

Failure to accept delivery or repeated refusals may result in suspension of COD privileges for future purchases.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or delivery reference via SMS or email.

 

Our team or delivery partner will also contact you directly to arrange delivery timing when necessary.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Please inspect the item at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the courier immediately.

  2. Contact our customer support within 24 hours at info@clarise.com with photos and order details.

 

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Clarise is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, strikes, or political situations.


However, we always strive to assist you and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the address or contact information provided is incorrect, the delivery may be delayed or returned to us.
In such cases:

  • The customer will be contacted to confirm updated delivery details.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.
